You will need the verification code that was sent home via US mail to access the portal.
If you have not received the code, please contact Stephanie Jenkins ([email protected]) on/after 8/9/21.
Please complete before the first day of school, Wednesday, August 18th!
If you do not have access to a computer or Chromebook or you’re having trouble logging in, you are welcome to drop by the Brook Haven Multi Purpose Room to complete the paperwork on:
Tuesday, August 10 from 9am-12pm
Wednesday, August 11 from 12pm-3pm
